Warm Weight presents a movement language that oscillates between the constraints of our social mask and the authentic impulse of instinct and emotion. Across three distinct acts, the dancers explore the balance between ego as a creative force and ego as an obstacle to transcend.
This work invites us to rethink the body and creation in their most essential forms.

Can we dance without ego? This question, without a defined answer, is the driving force of the creation.
Through this journey, we realize that the very act of creating and performing is one in which the ego dissolves and manifests almost simultaneously. We are interested in both sides of this balance: the absurdity of seriousness in dance and, at the same time, the transformative value of this poetic act.
